Warren Alperstein Weighs in on the Goodson Verdict

The trial of Officer Caesar Goodson has come to a conclusion, and many feel that his acquittal is an indication that future convictions are unlikely. As three trials remain, critics continue to question Mosby’s approach and wonder whether she will be able to prove the state’s case at all.

Legal analyst, Warren S. Alperstein, offered commentary on the subject, stating that Judge Williams made it “abundantly obvious that he didn’t buy the state’s argument that it was a rough ride given to Freddie Gray.”
