Warren Alperstein Gives Commentary Regarding Officer Miller’s Testimony in the Nero Trial

Alperstein & Diener attorney, Warren S. Alperstein, was quoted in the most recent WYPR article regarding the testimony of Officer Miller. Miller stated that he was the arresting officer and was the officer who placed handcuffs on Freddie Gray – not Officer Nero.

In response to Officer Miller’s testimony, Mr. Alperstein stated that “…Miller made it abundantly clear that Officer Nero had nothing to do with the initial detention.”
