Warren S. Alperstein was featured on a recent NPR interview where he provided insight on what the public can expect as a result of the mistrial that was recently declared for Officer William Porter. Officer Porter is charged in connection with the death of Freddie Gray.
Mr. Alperstein notes, “It was a high legal bar to get convictions on these charges, but that didn’t resonate in the court of public opinion. A large problem is that for those that truly don’t know the facts of this case, they’re going to have their opinions, and you’re not going to be able to change their minds.”
