Warren Alperstein Explains Decision to Postpone the First Trial in Gray Case

Warren S. Alperstein recently spoke on WBAL Radio regarding the Baltimore judge’s decision to postpone the first trial in the Freddie Gray case until November 30, 2015. The five additional trials are scheduled for early 2016.

Mr. Alperstein notes that the public probably wasn’t too surprised when this decision was confirmed and publicized because the previous hearings showed that the defense was still seeking evidence and there were outstanding issues relating to subpoenas.

Mr. Alperstein then goes on to discuss the potential reasoning behind the order of the trials and possible outcomes.
