Prosecutors Accused of Withholding Evidence in Freddie Gray Case

Warren S. Alperstein appeared in a recent Fox45 video interview regarding the latest court filing in the case of Freddie Gray’s death in Baltimore, Md. In this court filing, defense attorneys for the six officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray provide information that the State’s Attorney withheld evidence that could prove Freddie Gray had a history of intentionally injuring himself while in custody in an effort to collect insurance settlements.

“If there was an incomplete investigation, that’s fair game for defense attorneys to attack,” said Mr. Alperstein.
