Officers Contend Arrest Was Legal

The charges against Edward Nero—one of six cops charged in the Freddie Gray case—all depend on whether the arrest was lawful. Andrew Alperstein suggests, in this interview with CBS, that if the knife found on Gray was illegal, than the arrest would be “justified”.
