About Jill

Jill A. Snyder currently focuses her legal practice in the areas of Trusts and Estate Planning; Probate; and Small Business Advisory Services.

Ms. Snyder graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 1995, and is admitted to practice in Maryland. She received her bachelor’s degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University in 1992. She is a member of the Estates and Trusts and Elder Law Sections of the Maryland State Bar Association. She has lectured to various audiences, appeared on public radio, and been published in magazines regarding estate planning matters.

Prior to opening her own private practice in 2005, Jill A. Snyder, Esq., worked as a senior attorney in the Division of Enforcement of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. She currently also serves as Of Counsel to the Law Offices of Alperstein & Diener, PA.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and three young sons, participating in philanthropic endeavors, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
