About Ashli

Ashli E. Glatfelter maintains a focus on workers’ compensation and personal injury cases, representing injured workers and individuals harmed as a result of automobile accidents, premises liability, dog bites, and other incidents where any negligent party should be held accountable. Ashli also assists with criminal representation, including with in-depth legal research and critical motions writing for trial and appellate practice.

Ashli employs critical thinking skills, creative problem solving, and unparalleled attention to detail to develop solutions and achieve the best results for her clients. By combining empathy with practical advocacy, Ashli’s approach to practicing law is centered on building clients’ trust, reducing uncertainty, and helping clients make informed decisions. Ashli strives to ensure that her clients not only walk away with strong legal outcomes but that they feel heard, respected, and supported through unfamiliar legal processes.

Ashli began her career at Alperstein & Diener, PA as a legal assistant and paralegal during her undergraduate and law school studies. A York, Pennsylvania native, Ashli made Maryland home upon earning her undergraduate degrees from Stevenson University. Ashli then attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating magna cum laude with her juris doctor.

As an evening law student, Ashli was a Staff Editor and Publications Editor for Law Review and a member of the school’s LGTBQIA+ organization, OUTlaw. Upon obtaining her law degree, she had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable Kevin F. Arthur on the Appellate Court of Maryland. Before returning to Alperstein & Diener, PA, Ashli developed critical strategies at a workers’ compensation defense firm.

In her free time, Ashli enjoys playing field hockey and pickleball, cooking, and volunteering her time with various state and local bar associations.
