Warren Alperstein Explains Freddie Gray Case Status After Maryland’s Highest Court Intervenes

Warren S. Alperstein recently appeared on WBAL’s Maryland’s News This Week where he provided insight on the importance of the Court of Appeals’, Maryland’s highest court, involvement with the case regarding the death of Freddie Gray.

“The Court of Appeals is going to hear the arguments for all of the issues as it stands right now,” said Mr. Alperstein. “The interesting question will then be, how soon will the Court of Appeals render its decision, and what, if any, effect will that decision have on the remaining, or the pending, already scheduled trials of the remaining officers.”
