Warren Alperstein Explains Intricate Jury Selection Process in Gray Case

Alperstein & Diener attorney, Warren S. Alperstein was quoted in a recent Baltimore Sun article regarding the jury selection process that is set to take place for the Freddie Gray case. On November 30, 2015, 75 potential jurors arrived at the courthouse in Baltimore, Md. for group and individual interviews.

However, once the jury is officially selected, the case does not get easier. “The defense may seek to show that the jury pool is hopelessly biased. If that’s not possible, the attorneys will prompt jurors to express hesitations about their impartiality for the appellate record,” said Mr. Alperstein.
