Warren Alperstein Addresses Jury Selection Concerns in Gray Case

On November 30, 2015, Judge Barry Williams began the questioning for prospective jurors regarding the extent of their knowledge of the Freddie Gray case and the proceeding events that occurred throughout Baltimore, Md.

Warren S. Alperstein was recently featured on WBAL Radio to provide insight about the beginning of the Freddie Gray trials, as well as Judge Williams’ process for selecting a fair and impartial jury. Mr. Alperstein notes that even though the motion to have the trials moved out of Baltimore was denied, jurors can still come forward at any time and inform the judge if any protests are becoming intimidating to the point that they are no longer able to be fair and impartial.
